What is Co-Development? Co-development consists of forming groups of 5 to 8 people who do not know each other. They will have one or more meetings that I will facilitate. Each person will come with a personal or professional problem that he/she is experiencing at the moment and for which he/she does not find a clear solution. The idea is to engage the collective intelligence of the group in the service of the proposed problem.
Several groups with different objectives can be formed, linking individual and collective objectives: managers to develop their practice, their posture, a project team to encourage cooperation, an intergenerational team to strengthen ties, entrepreneurs to break out of their isolation and share their problems as leaders, etc.
